AGE TOS

You must provide proof of age when commissioning 18+ artworks! If you are unable too i will terminate the commission. If you faked your age i will blacklist you.

I only do 50/50 payments, you will pay before i start and then after i show you a heavly watermarked final art peice. This is to prevent scammers. You have 48 hours to pay each time, if the time has not been met (without discussing) i will cancel the commission and i will put you on a blacklist.
No refunds when the project has started, you will have to pay extra if you want to change something at the end. I will give you all the chances to change something before then.

You must own the money you are spending or have proof of permission to get any commission

CHARACTER TOS

I need a good reference of the idea of your Character with a color pallet or i will not draw it. With characters from media you will have to provide a good reference that is adequate for me to reference with clear colors to pick from. Complex characters will cost more. I will ask for a reference sheet for complex characters, failure to provide a reference will result in a termination of commission.

ARTWORK TOS

I will have two water marks on your peice, one barely visible and on the face and the other very visible and out of the way. I can use your commission as art example(s) in the future, including unpayed art. Removal of any watermarks will result in you getting blacklisted
Any and all works of art are PROHIBITED from being used to make AI art. Each eart piece has been "poisoned" against AI. There's no point, unless you wanna get blacklisted.

This is still being worked on, any/all prices may change at any timeModels made by me can be REQUESTED to be public, but will initially be PRIVATE and uploaded to your account. Which REQUIRE your login informationPublic models will be only distributed to the commissioner and with approval from THEM, given to others.With both uploading options you will get a UNITY file for your project. You must CREDIT, me for the innital model if you do upload it.

ASSST TOS

If buyer wants assets that are PAY TO USE on the avatar, you must pay me the price of the asset ontop of the avatar.If I already own the asset you must pay a 25% fee for me to use it.Failure to do so will get your commission declined.

TEXTURE TOS

All textures will be done by me if they are custom, and be ran by the buyer at each interval (Beginning, middle, and end)
